I love munching on apples because it gives me 2 benefits in one. First, as everyone knows, it keeps you sort of hydrated because of its water content. Second, it's like my handy dandy toothbrush. Whenever I would eat out and forget to bring breath mints, I'd buy an apple. Its fibers act as a toothbrush's bristles and it also hides bad breath caused by the food you just ate.
