Health experts tell us that chicken casserole with lentils and mixed vegetables is a very healthy dish because it is great for muscle mass and mental health. Scientists said smoked salmon mixed with green leafy vegetable salad and extra virgin olive oil dressing are wonderful foods for the heart. This new study also said that probiotic yogurt or the desserts made with probiotic yogurt such as pudding or blancmange are a vital part of the healthiest diet. Yes, the olive oil will help you to reduce the cholesterol level, but what about zucchini, berries (acai berries, strawberries), spinach etc. - all these foods should be used not just in a healthy diet but most important - they will also keep the normal cholesterol level
