Step 1: Peel a fresh piece of ginger root (size about 1 inch)
Step 2: Cut it thin slices
Step 3: Boil two cups of water
Step 4: Add the chopped ginger
Step 5: Cover it and lower the heat to simmer
Step 6: Wait for 20 minutes
Step 7: Strain the tea as it is now ready to drink
Step 8: Add honey to make it sweet
You can also add few drops of
lemon to enhance the taste.

to make ginger tea! You can also use dried ginger to make ginger tea. But fresh
ginger is always preferable. Make sure
you are not consuming more than 4gm of ginger per day. Pregnant women should
avoid taking ginger.
